Return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Gift cards
• Altered, worn, or customer-damaged items

2. Receive RMA number within 1-2 business days
3. Package securely with RMA number
4. Ship using a trackable method

4. Return Shipping

• Defective/Incorrect: Prepaid label provided free
• Change of Mind: £4.95 flat-rate deducted from refund

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Available for different sizes or colours, subject to stock. Out of stock items refunded in full.

7. Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
