Absolutely. We use Stripe as our payment processor, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification.

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. Contact us at support@waynesouthwell.com with your order number.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £80. Under £80, standard shipping is £5.95. Express (£12.95) and next-day (£18.95) also available. See our Shipping Policy.

Standard UK shipping takes 3-5 business days, express 1-2 business days, next-day 1 business day. International 7-21 business days.

Yes! We ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

We use UK sizing (6-18). Each product page includes a size guide. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Our products are crafted by skilled artisans in Scotland, England, and Portugal using heritage mills and ethical manufacturers.

Care instructions are on each product page. Many of our wool-blend pieces are best dry cleaned; cotton items can be machine washed cold.
